Service Rates & Dispatch Policy: A standard call-out fee of $250 applies to all roadside service requests. This fee covers dispatch, travel, on-site diagnosis, and preparation of a repair estimate. Approved repairs are billed at $135 per labor hour, plus applicable parts and materials. Once dispatched, our technician will arrive at the breakdown location, assess the issue, provide an estimate, and—upon approval—complete the repair. Rates may vary based on location, time of service, job complexity, or vendor agreements.
